Our yoga offerings support mind/body connection, movement, and mindfulness—for kids and adults alike. Whether it’s imaginative storytelling for little yogis or empowering flows for grown-ups, each class is rooted in breath, presence, and community. All yoga programming is led by Tara Sussman of Tara Sussman Yoga, whose warm, thoughtful approach helps students of all ages feel supported, grounded, and inspired—on and off the mat.
Kids Yoga
This unique 45-minute class fosters a sense of community and connection, where children support and uplift one another through their yoga journey. Connect with your mind and body in this safe and nurturing environment designed specifically for children ages 5-10 years old, blending the joy of playfulness with the power of mindfulness and breathing techniques. Each session begins with a warm- up and then a story that is carefully crafted to engage young minds and ignite their imagination. As the story unfolds, the children are encouraged to embody the characters, animals, and elements of the narrative through yoga poses and movements. The class is not just about physical movement but emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and breathing techniques to calm the mind and body. Throughout the class the children are gently guided to focus on their breath, learning to connect with the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner peace. They discover the power of deep belly breaths, learning to use their breath as a tool to navigate through challenges and find balance. This class will teach your child to listen to their bodies, honor their emotions and embrace the beauty of stillness. Each class will end with a relaxation and meditation exercise to help the children experience moments of quiet and learn how to manage stress and anxiety.

Vinyasa Yoga
Tara’s Vinyasa style yoga classes are a unique combination of invigorating sequencing, breath work, inspirational messaging, great music, and calming energy. With a focus on connecting movement and breath, this powerful workout is beneficial for relieving the stress and anxiety of everyday life - leaving students with a sense of inner peace and overall well-being.

Join us for an invigorating 50-minute Power Yoga Weights class that seamlessly blends strength training with vinyasa yoga. This unique session begins with 30 minutes of full body light weight training. Whether you choose to use 1-6lb weights, or simply rely on your own body weight, you’ll engage your muscles in a way that builds strength and enhances tone. The class follows with 20 minutes of Vinyasa yoga. Feel the rhythm of Tara’s uplifting energy and carefully curated music as you move mindfully from pose to pose, letting go of tension and inviting in joy. Each sequence is designed to invigorate your spirit and awaken your body, leaving you feeling refreshed, energized and calm in mind and body.

Prenatal Yoga
Tara's special 50-minute prenatal yoga class is designed for expectant mothers of any trimester looking to unwind and relieve tension and aches in the body, all while connecting with other expectant mothers in the community. This class fosters a safe and supportive space for breathwork, movement, relaxation and community – perfect for nurturing mind, body and baby!
